Oxy Agent provides autonomous AI agent services for developers, including but not limited to code generation, code review, deployment automation, and browser automation. The Service is provided by Chinh Phong AI.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate malicious code, malware, or content intended to harm systems
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit spam, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content
  • Abuse API rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any code or content you submit to the Service. Output generated by our AI agents is provided for your use, but we make no claims of ownership over your inputs or the resulting outputs. Our Service, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-generated code and content should be reviewed before use in production. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for testing and validating any code before deployment.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHINH PHONG AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
